Authorities are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Tuesday morning in West Palm Beach.
Around 3:30 a.m., the West Palm Beach Police Department responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 1100 block of Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers found a person suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim, identified by family as LI Tank, was pronounced dead at the scene. Family and friends remember LI Tank as a kind and generous individual whose sudden death has left the community in shock.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and have not released further details at this time. Officials are urging anyone with information to come forward to assist in the case.
