SUPPORT THE FAMILY, GOD BLESS YOU

For 25 years, Brian dedicated his life to Capitol City Tattoo, shaping it into a hub of artistic expression and camaraderie. His talent as an artist was renowned, and many of his clients—including close friends—can proudly wear his work as a lasting testament to his skill and creativity. Beyond the artistry, Brian’s warmth, humor, and generosity made him a beloved friend to many.

Brian’s life was deeply rooted in passions beyond tattooing. From an early age, he embraced the worlds of skateboarding and music, and he held a profound love for animals that reflected his caring and gentle spirit.

During his youth, he was the frontman and lead singer for the regionally famous punk rock group, Inspector 12—a band name inspired by the iconic “Fruit of the Loom” TV commercials. Music was not just a hobby for Brian; it was an extension of his soul, a way to connect with others and share his vibrant energy.

Those who knew Brian well can attest to the depth of his relationships. One close friend shared, “For years we went out to lunch together weekly. Him and I engaged in long deep conversations as we both went through painful divorces. Never once did either of us say goodbye without truthfully admitting that we loved each other.”

His friendships were marked by sincerity, loyalty, and a warmth that could light up a room. Despite facing health challenges, including diabetes and complications from the recent amputation of a toe, Brian met life with courage and resilience.

Tragically, complications from his health condition ultimately led to his passing. Yet, his spirit remained unbroken until the end. He died peacefully in his sleep, embraced by the care and love of Andrea, who was by his side.

Brian’s life was a mosaic of artistry, passion, and heartfelt human connection. He is remembered not only for his creative contributions but also for the love, laughter, and inspiration he shared with all who were fortunate enough to know him.
