A Delaware man died in a multi-vehicle crash in Lancaster County at the end of August.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the crash occurred on August 30 at 11:12 p.m., when Austin Owens, 31, of Newark, Delaware, was traveling south on State Route 222 Robert Fulton Highway in Fulton Township in Lancaster County.
Police said Owens was reportedly driving erratically when another vehicle was traveling in the opposite direction on the roadway. Police said Owens crossed over to the oncoming lanes and struck the second vehicle.
