Metro Nashville Police said Jordan was traveling westbound on I-40 when his BMW motorcycle began to wobble at high speed, a dangerous oscillation riders refer to as a “speed wobble.” Investigators believe he braked abruptly as the wobble intensified, causing him to lose control. The motorcycle skidded and threw him onto the roadway. Despite the swift arrival of emergency responders, Jordan was pronounced dead at the scene.
