Brownwood ISD Mourns Loss of Elementary Student Following Tragic Car Crash

Texas — The Brownwood Independent School District (BISD) community is heartbroken following the tragic passing of Autumn Ales, a beloved second-grade student at Coggin Elementary School, who died in a car crash.

In an official statement, the district shared, “It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of Coggin Elementary second-grade student, Autumn Ales, due to a tragic car accident. We are deeply heartbroken by this loss and extend our sincerest condolences to her parents, family, and friends.”
