Bri’Anna Cameron, 22, of Poplarville, has been identified as the victim of a tragic single-vehicle crash on Highway 43 in Pearl River County.
Mississippi Highway Patrol officials reported that troopers responded to the scene around 6:45 a.m. Thursday. Cameron was driving a 2019 Ford Explorer southbound on Highway 43 when, for reasons currently under investigation, her vehicle left the roadway and collided with a tree.
Emergency responders pronounced Cameron deceased at the scene. Authorities have not released additional details regarding the circumstances that led to the crash.
The Mississippi Highway Patrol continues to investigate the incident. No other vehicles or individuals were involved in the collision.
