Police Respond to Reported Shooting at Windsor, CT School

A major police response is underway at John F. Kennedy School in Windsor after reports of a possible school shooting Wednesday afternoon.

According to preliminary information, the school—located on Park Avenue—was placed on lockdown shortly after the incident was reported. Connecticut State Police, along with Windsor Police and multiple neighboring agencies, responded to the scene.
