The victim of a fatal single-car crash in Wilkes-Barre Township has been identified as Adam Shaw, 26, of Plymouth.
According to the Luzerne County coroner, the tragic accident occurred early Saturday morning around 2:30 a.m. on the Interstate 81 exit ramp at Exit 168 near Highland Park Boulevard. Shaw’s vehicle struck a barrier, resulting in his untimely death.
At this time, authorities have not confirmed how many other passengers were in the vehicle or the extent of any injuries. The crash remains under investigation by local authorities.
