She was a consistent contributor on Sideline each Friday evening and was instrumental in the coverage of significant events like the Mercedes Marathon, where she often participated.
After leaving her full-time position in July 2021, Chambers remained involved with WBRC on a freelance basis, most recently adding her insights during the high school football season in 2025.

Prior to her tenure at WBRC, Chambers was employed by WAKA in Montgomery and commenced her broadcasting career at WLTZ NBC38 in Columbus, Georgia. She also reported on Auburn University sports for Comcast Sports Southeast and contributed to Raycom Media during the Super 7 high school championships.
A native of Cullman, Alabama, Chambers was a scholarship athlete competing at the Division I level at UAB in both cross country and track, earning a degree in journalism. She leaves behind her young son, who was a vital part of her life.
