LOS ANGELES — Nick Reiner, the 32-year-old son of acclaimed filmmaker Rob Reiner and photographer Michele Singer Reiner, has been arrested and formally charged in connection with the deaths of his parents, authorities confirmed Monday. Reiner is being held in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department, according to booking records, on $4 million bail. Rob and Michele Reiner married in 1989 and shared more than three decades together. They are survived by their children Jake Reiner, Nick Reiner, and Romy Reiner, as well as Rob Reiner’s daughter Tracy Reiner from his first marriage to director Penny Marshall.
