St. Louis County Police have confirmed that around 1:00 a.m., there was an officer-involved shooting at Lambert–St. Louis International Airport’s Terminal 1.
According to authorities, the incident involved airport police, and tragically, one person was killed.
The shooting occurred near the American Airlines ticket counter in Terminal 1.
At this time, officials have not released the identity of the person who was shot, nor have they provided details about what led to the confrontation.
