The Cheraw community is grieving the heartbreaking loss of Chasity Mae Kinser, a beloved daughter, mother, friend, and dedicated medical professional who passed away recently. Known for her bright spirit and unforgettable presence, Chasity touched countless lives through her warmth, compassion, and unwavering strength.
Chasity built a meaningful career in healthcare, serving as an Ophthalmic Technician at Carolina Eye Associates and as a Phlebotomist at McLeod Health. Her gentle manner and genuine care for patients made her a trusted and cherished member of both teams. Before entering the medical field, she shared her kindness and patience as a Child Care Attendant at Kiddielane Daycare, where she helped shape the early lives of many children.
She studied Phlebotomy at Northeastern Technical College and was a proud graduate of Cheraw High School, carrying with her the loyalty and love of a community that would remain close to her heart.
To those who knew her, Chasity was sunshine — fun, sweet, and full of sass. She lit up every room she entered with a glow that could not be ignored, the kind of presence that stays with you long after she’s gone. Her laughter, her energy, and her bold, beautiful spirit created memories that her friends and loved ones will hold onto forever. For many, including those who grew up alongside her, she was a source of joy, shared secrets, and childhood moments that still bring smiles today.
Chasity leaves behind her beloved children, Presely and Carson, who were the center of her world. As her family and friends navigate this painful loss, they ask for prayers, comfort, and strength during this incredibly difficult time.
