Ottawa Police have identified the victim in the recent Penny Drive homicide as 43-year-old Jeffrey Wilson of Spencerville. The incident occurred on November 17, 2025, and is being investigated as a homicide.

Authorities have also identified the suspect in the case. 18-year-old Firomsa Motuma Motuma, a resident of Ottawa, has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with Wilson’s death.
Motuma is scheduled to appear in court in the coming days. Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident and have not released further details at this time.
