According to Johnstown police, one person is hospitalized after being shot late Sunday night in the Moxham section of Johnstown.
Police say the incident occurred just before midnight on the 200 block of Cypress Ave., and the victim was shot in the upper arm and is receiving treatment at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.
Authorities have confirmed that a suspect was taken into custody shortly after the shooting, and there is no ongoing threat to the public. Details remain limited as the investigation continues.
