The Milwaukee community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Jeremiah “JWeezy” Jefferies, 38, and Tasha, 39, who tragically lost their lives in a devastating crash on Sunday afternoon.
According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the pair were traveling southeast near Appleton and Fairmount around 3:59 p.m. when their vehicle veered off the roadway and struck a tree. The impact caused the vehicle to catch fire, and despite emergency response efforts, both Jeremiah and Tasha suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
