PANAMA CITY — A local office building was the scene of a fatal overnight shooting in Panama City.
In a press briefing, Panama City Police Chief Mark Smith said that his department received a call about 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 11.
Officers found the victim, a woman in her early 50s, had succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Police believe the shooting was targeted.
