Hough has been arrested and charged with child neglect and aggravated manslaughter. Law enforcement officials stated that the charges stem from allegations that he failed to provide adequate supervision in a situation involving a known risk to a young child. The case remains under investigation, and Hough is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
