The sudden passing of Shelly Hoddeson, beloved Atlanta resident, entrepreneur, and community member, has brought immense sorrow to all who knew her. As the owner and founder of SEC Gardens and a dedicated property care manager at Plants Creative Landscapes, Shelly was admired for her leadership, creativity, and passion for nurturing beautiful spaces—both in nature and in the lives of others.

Shelly’s journey began in Atlanta, where she attended the Marist School before continuing her education at the University of Georgia, studying psychology. Her ability to understand people, combined with her love of design and nature, helped her build a successful and respected career in the landscaping industry.

The Rosary will be prayed at 10:00 AM in the chapel, followed by a Catholic Mass at 11:00 AM and a reception. All are encouraged to attend and celebrate her legacy, regardless of denomination.
