Before taking the helm at Kintz Group, Tim honed his skills and shared his knowledge as a trainer at Joe Verde Sales & Management Training, Inc., inspiring others with his energy, insight, and dedication.
He studied at California Baptist University and Scottsdale Community College, cultivating the knowledge that would later shape his innovative approaches to leadership and training.
Yet despite his professional accolades, Tim remained grounded and proud of his roots, always remembering the lessons learned at Francis Howell High School and the community that shaped his early years.
Tim’s life was defined by more than his professional accomplishments. He was, first and foremost, a devoted husband to his wife, Kristi, and a loving father to his two children, Maddyn and Cooper.
