According to Virginia State Police, Michael was traveling westbound around 4:58 p.m. when his 1999 GMC Sierra ran off the left side of the roadway, struck a ditch in the median, and overturned. He was partially ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene. Authorities confirmed he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time. No other vehicles were involved, and the crash remains under investigation.
