Delaware State Police have identified the man who tragically lost his life in a pedestrian crash on Tuesday in Clayton as 19-year-old Henry Byler of Clayton, Delaware.

The fatal crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit, which is working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. Authorities are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or has information that could assist the investigation to contact Master Corporal W. Booth at (302) 698-8451.
