Multiple law enforcement agencies are responding late Monday to a reported active shooter situation at the Super 8 motel in Traverse City, according to initial emergency dispatch reports.
Authorities have not yet confirmed any injuries or whether a suspect has been located. Officers from local police, sheriff’s deputies, and state authorities reportedly arrived on the scene shortly after the initial call, securing the area and urging members of the public to avoid the vicinity while the investigation continues.
