A woman arrested for allegedly shooting and killing a man at a downtown Springfield apartment building had a history of domestic violence, court documents showed.
Candise Hoskins, 28, was arrested and is facing four felony counts for a shooting at The 505 apartment building at 505 E. St. Louis St. on Wednesday, Nov. 12. Xavier Scott, 21, died from gunshot wounds suffered at the scene. This was Springfield’s ninth homicide investigation this year.
