Tragic Accident in Solon: 3-Year-Old Boy Dies After Drowning
On Saturday, November 8, 2025, a heartbreaking accident claimed the life of a three-year-old boy in Solon. Officers responded to a home on Capilano Drive after the child was reported missing by his father. Shortly after their arrival, the boy was found unresponsive in a pond behind the residence. Emergency responders immediately began life-saving efforts and transported him to a nearby hospital, but sadly, he did not survive.
The boy’s parents were not home at the time, and other adult family members had been caring for him and a baby sibling. Authorities have indicated that there is no evidence of foul play, and this appears to have been a tragic accident.
