Jake was a devoted father to his son, Luca Wheeler, and he carried himself with quiet strength, kindness, and humour. His love for Luca shone brightly in everything he did. Life threw its share of challenges Jake’s way. Yet through those moments, he never lost sight of what mattered: his son, his friends, his community.
