SUPPORT THE FAMILY, GOD BLESS YOU

The discovery comes amid an ongoing search for 40-year-old Ashley Bosma, who was reported missing earlier this week. Bosma was last in contact with her family on October 13, 2025, and has not been seen or heard from since.

According to police, Bosma was last known to be wearing pink leggings and a grey sweater. Her hair was dyed brownish purple and blond, she has blue eyes, and stands approximately 5’4” tall with a weight of about 115 pounds.

“It is unusual for Ashley not to be in touch with her family, and this has caused significant concern,” the Comox Valley RCMP said in a statement earlier this week when asking for the public’s assistance in locating her.

Authorities have not yet confirmed whether the body found is connected to Bosma’s disappearance. The RCMP noted that the investigation remains active, and updates will be provided once identification is complete and next of kin are notified.

Anyone with information about Ashley Bosma’s whereabouts or recent activity is urged to contact the Comox Valley RCMP at (250) 338-1321 and reference file number 2025-15816.

Further details are expected to be released as the investigation develops.
