Pennsylvania State Police are assisting with a crash reconstruction investigation.

Witnesses described hearing the violent impact. “I actually heard it while I was outside… it sounded like things fell off the truck onto the road,” recalled neighbor Diana Richardson.

The crash closed a section of South Third Street for several hours as emergency crews worked at the scene.
