Yesterday, tragedy struck in Cherry Valley.
Two beautiful young adults, full of love and hope, were soon to be married when their lives were forever changed in a horrific accident.
With deep sorrow, I share that the young man lost his life at the scene. His fiancée, the daughter of one of my dearest friends, is now fighting for her life with severe head trauma.
My heart is shattered for this amazing family. No words can ease the pain of such a loss, and no mother should ever have to face this nightmare. But in the midst of this darkness, I believe in the power of love, faith, and prayer.
I am asking everyone I know to please lift this young girl in your prayers. Pray for strength, for healing, and for a miracle. Pray also for the families whose lives have been turned upside down in an instant.
