Born in November 1985, Kayla was known for her strength, her kindness, and her unwavering love for her family. To those who knew her, she was not only a devoted mother but also a source of inspiration, facing her illness with remarkable courage and grace.
Her family announced the heartbreaking news in a statement:
“We would like to let everyone know that at 1:47 a.m., Kayla took her last breath and went to Heaven. Kayla was one of the strongest women I have ever met. She fought until she just couldn’t anymore. We made her a promise to take care of her kids like they were our own, and that’s exactly what we will do. Life is going to be different… it’s going to be hard for these kids, her mom and dad, her siblings, and the rest of her family. Please keep them all in your prayers.”
Those close to her describe Kayla as a beautiful soul with a huge heart who gave selflessly to others. Though her passing leaves a deep void, her loved ones take comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering.
