Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a missing boy last seen in the Benowa area. The child was reported missing earlier today, and concerns are growing for his welfare.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen the boy or has information on his whereabouts to come forward immediately. Residents in and around Benowa are also encouraged to check their properties, including sheds and garages, in case he has sought shelter nearby.

The boy, pictured, was last seen in Merrimac around 8.15am.
Police hold concerns for the boy’s welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
The boy was last seen wearing navy blue track pants, a purple shirt and white Nike runners, but it is believed the boy has since changed clothes.
Police are appealing to the boy or anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.
