Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 42-year-old man reported missing from the Gold Coast since 3 July.
Jay William Durnan, pictured, was last seen at a Southport address and has not made contact with anyone since.
Police hold concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Jay is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 180cm tall, with a heavy build and short dark brown hair.
Police are appealing to Jay or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact police.
