He attended Brookland-Cayce High School, where he was known not only for his academic achievements but for his larger-than-life personality and deep friendships, many of which spanned decades.
Following high school, Nick pursued a Bachelor of Science in Management at the University of South Carolina – Columbia, where he further developed his passion for business and leadership. His time at USC laid the foundation for what would become a long and successful career as a business owner and developer.
As President of Leventis Development LLC and NKD Inc, Nick was a driving force in shaping commercial and residential projects across the Midlands region.
