Jamarion King Albany, GA Shooting: 19-year-old Died, Second Victim Injured at West Highland Avenue on Thursday afternoon

A fatal shooting on Thursday afternoon resulted in the death of one man and left another wounded in Albany, Georgia. The Albany Police Department arrived following reports of gunshots in the 1600 block of W. Highland Avenue at approximately 4:37 p.m., where they found two male victims with gunshot injuries.

Both victims were quickly taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital for urgent care. Unfortunately, 19-year-old Jamarion King passed away due to his injuries at the hospital. The identity and status of the second victim have not been disclosed.
